SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

INspired Designs by Larissa partners with third-party print-on-demand production providers to create and ship many of our products.

Please review the following information before ordering.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most of our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Your order must be produced before it can be shipped.

Production times vary depending on:

Product type
Print provider
Order volume
Product availability
Production location
Holidays and peak shopping periods

Any production or delivery timeframe displayed on our website or during checkout is an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time begins after production has been completed.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout include information available from our production and shipping partners but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping costs can vary depending on the product, quantity, destination, production provider, and shipping method.

The customer is responsible for reviewing shipping charges before completing the purchase.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products in the same order may be manufactured by different print providers or at different production facilities.

As a result, a single order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean that items are missing.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will generally be provided after the order ships.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please verify:

ZIP or postal code
Country

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at:

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, additional production or shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost in transit, contact us at:

We will review the shipment and work with the appropriate fulfillment provider or carrier when applicable.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

Check around your property and delivery location.
Ask household members or neighbors whether they received it.
Check for notices from the carrier.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
Contact us if you still need assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate the issue.

SHIPPING DELAYS

INspired Designs by Larissa cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

We will, however, assist with legitimate lost or significantly delayed shipment issues when reasonably possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated during checkout.

International delivery may also take longer because of customs processing.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Products may be printed, packaged, and shipped by third-party production partners.

For this reason, the return address printed on your package may be the production facility rather than INspired Designs by Larissa.

Please do not return merchandise to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.
