Welcome to INspired Designs by Larissa (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Shop”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from INspired Designs by Larissa.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. ONLINE STORE

INspired Designs by Larissa operates an online store using the Shopify platform. Certain products are produced, printed, packaged, and/or shipped by third-party print-on-demand production partners, including Printify and its network of print providers.

By purchasing from our Shop, you acknowledge that products may be manufactured and fulfilled by third-party production facilities on our behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colors, descriptions, sizes, and other details as accurately as possible.

However, because many of our products are made to order, slight variations may occur.

Colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, printing method, garment color, material, and production process. Product placement and print size may also vary slightly between individual items.

These reasonable production variations are not necessarily considered defects.

3. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many products sold by INspired Designs by Larissa are created specifically after an order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, production normally begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Once production has started, we may be unable to change or cancel an order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections before completing checkout, including:

Product type
Size
Color
Design
Quantity
Personalization information, when applicable
Shipping address

4. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Some products may allow customers to submit names, text, photographs, graphics, or other personalization.

You are responsible for ensuring all personalization information is correct before submitting your order.

This includes spelling, capitalization, dates, names, numbers, image quality, and other customer-provided information.

We are not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer.

Personalized or customized products generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of customer input errors or a change of mind.

If we make an error in producing the personalization differently from the information submitted with the order, please contact us so we can review the issue.

5. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

When you upload or submit an image, photograph, logo, graphic, text, or other material for use on a personalized product, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permission or legal right to use it.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted, except where correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production.

We reserve the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Payment problems
Suspected fraud
Product or material unavailability
Incorrect pricing caused by a technical error
Production limitations
Shipping restrictions
Customer-submitted content that violates these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no substitute arrangement is agreed upon, the applicable payment will be refunded.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because our products may be fulfilled by different print providers, products from the same order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

Customers may therefore receive multiple packages for a single order.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Production and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply shortages, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other disruptions.

INspired Designs by Larissa is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

9. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an address error.

Because production and fulfillment may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of:

Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Changing your mind
Customer personalization errors
Other customer ordering mistakes

Please review product descriptions and available sizing information carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or when applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

Our separate Refund and Return Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at inspireddesignsbylarissa@gmail.com

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the issue
A photograph of the entire product when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Do not return a product to a Printify production facility or other third-party print provider unless you have specifically been instructed to do so.

12. SIZING

Sizing can vary between product brands and manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided for a product before purchasing.

A product fitting differently than expected does not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect when the product corresponds to the size ordered.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website content and original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, branding, and other original materials belonging to INspired Designs by Larissa are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may purchase products for personal use or lawful resale when expressly permitted, but purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual-property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, digitize, upload, trace, or commercially exploit our protected designs or other original content without permission.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Shop relies on third-party services, which may include Shopify, Printify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other providers.

Those services may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

INspired Designs by Larissa is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

Have no cash value
Cannot be applied retroactively
May not be combined with other offers
May be limited to specific products or dates
May be modified or discontinued when permitted by law

We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of promotional codes.

16. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with the operation or security of the Shop.

You may not attempt to introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access to systems, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or use our services to violate another person's rights.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INspired Designs by Larissa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. PRIVACY

Information collected through our Shop is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Shopify and other service providers may also process information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to INspired Designs by Larissa's business operations, including applicable laws of the State of Indiana and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under other applicable law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Shop after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Shop and purchases from INspired Designs by Larissa.
